1Does the packaging size accurate ?
Please pay attention to: size, internal usable space, bag making method, hanging holes, vent holes, edge size, and other details, once confirmed, will arrange production. Size will have +- 1-2 mm deviation, if the required size is very accurate, please let us know.
2Is the packaging printed color same as final preview ?

4Why the produced packaging quantity is not same as I have ordered ?
5How about the lead time ?
Unprinted custom order products about 4-5 weeksprinting products delivery period of about 5-7 weeksMeanwhile, it depends on the distance of your location from our warehouse and on the carrier that you selected. The level of carrier service can also have a direct bearing on delivery.note: if encountered in particular urgency, because production sometimes encountered power outages, machines trouble shoots, or any other issue which is out of our control, your order might be further delayed by a few days.

7Does HAIN Packaging have a minimum order?
Yes, Silk Printing plastic bag minimum order quantity is 1000 for one logo, however the size of the plastic bag can be mixed, maximum 2 sizes (500pcs each size).
8How about the payment terms?
Customers need to pay at least 70% of deposit upon confirming order customized product. The balance payment upon delivery products.
9What types of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including: • MasterCard • Visa • Credit Card
10What if I am not satisfied with the logo design?
We follow customers requirements to do the design work, and send customer preview after complete, based on customer feedback to do modification until customer is satisfied.Maximum THREE (3) amendments allowed for the artwork. 4th amendment onward will be charged RM 50 per amendment.Maksimum TIGA (3) kali pindaan sahaja dibenarkan untuk hasil rekaan yang diberi. Kali keempat dan seterusnya akan dicaj RM 50 untuk setiap pindaan.
11Can I get a sample before confirm order?
Yes, on some stock items. Most samples are free. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program.
12Does HAIN Packaging have a return policy?
Yes. A ready stock product can be returned. However, customized products are strictly no return after final confirmation.
13Is there a “delivery & handling” charge added to my order?
We have a handling and materials charge of RM 5.00 per order on deliveries.
14What are your office hours?
You can reach us between the hours of 8:30 A. M. and 5:30 P. M., Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
