  • Q: Does HAIN Packaging have a minimum order? A: Yes, PE plastic bag minimum order quantity is 1000 for one logo, however the size of the plastic bag can be mixed, maximum 5 size (200pcs each size).
  • Q: How about the payment terms? A: Customer need to pay 50% of deposit upon confirm order customized product. The rest 50% pay upon delivery products. For logo design customer need to pay full amount to start the design.
  • Q: What if I am not satisfy with the logo design? A: We follow customers requirement to do the design work, and send customer preview after complete, based on customer feedback to do modify until customer satisfied.
  • Q: Can I get a sample? A: Yes, on some stock items. Most samples are free. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples of large boxes are available, but will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs.
  • Q: Does HAIN Packaging have a return policy? A: Yes. For ready stock product can be returned. However, customized products are strictly no return after confirm the production.
  • Q: Is there a "shipping & handling" charge added to my order? A: We have a handling and materials charge of RM 5.00 per order on shipments and deliveries.
  • Q: When can I expect to receive my order? A: The total estimated time from manufacturing to delivery to your address takes about 5-6 weeks. Meanwhile, it depends on the distance of your location from our warehouse and on the carrier that you selected. The level of carrier service can also have a direct bearing on delivery.
  • Q: What types of payment do you accept? A: We accept most major credit cards, including: • MasterCard • Visa We can ship C.O.D. (limited to small orders)
  • Q: What are your office hours? A: You can reach us between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 5:00 P. M., Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
